These Terms of Service govern your use of the SF Bay Area Moving website and online inquiry tools. By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

SF Bay Area Moving LLC, doing business as SF Bay Area Moving, is a professional moving company providing residential and commercial moving services across the San Francisco Bay Area. California permit MTR0192239. USDOT 3429538.

Inquiries, estimates and bookings

Website calculations, preliminary ranges and form responses are informational starting points. They are not binding quotes, reservations or guarantees of availability. A move is booked only after SF Bay Area Moving confirms the details, scope, pricing, availability and applicable written agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about addresses, access, inventory, dates and requested services. A material change may affect availability, timing or price.

Moving services

The written agreement issued for a move governs service scope, payment, valuation, cancellation and other move-specific terms. If these website terms conflict with a signed moving agreement, the moving agreement controls for that service.

SMS messaging terms

SMS communication is sent only to individuals who provide a mobile number and the required consent. Depending on the option selected, messages may include quote responses, scheduling, move updates, customer support or promotional communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact contact@sfbayareamoving.com. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in recurring SMS communications.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent or automated requests, introduce malicious code, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
