I enjoyed everyone I worked with at SF Bay Area Moving. I had gotten a few quotes and was feeling kind of unhappy with the lack of information retention that was happening with most moving companies. For instance, with other companies, I would get a quote and then ask a question and they would direct me to resubmit my original query. Just to ask a question.

I'm a highly anxious individual. SF Bay Area Moving asked me very specific questions during the estimate conversation, ones that no other company asked, and then sent me access to an online portal where I could add items to be moved. This was SO soothing to my anxious mind. When I realized I needed a second drop off, they very thoroughly answered all of my questions. 

On moving day they were prompt and the movers, Jesus and Oscar, were so nice. They handled my very narrow street with humor and were very friendly and fast.

my realtor recommended SF Bay area moving and I'm glad I had them move my house locally in the Bay Area. They did a fantastic job. Thiago was awesome with the estimate process and he got it pretty close. I needed full packing service for only kitchen and they accommodated it perfectly. SF Bay Area Moving did a fantastic job moving my friend from Daly City, CA to Portland, OR. My friend was recently widowed and also had a stroke so we needed a full service moving company to do everything for him. Mike and Thiago were extremely pleasant to work with and the people they sent to pack the house and move his belongings to Oregon were all very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with these guys.

They were prompt and kind and professional prior to the move and they were prompt and kind and professional during the Move.
