The entire service process is very simple and the customer service is also pretty great at explaining all the details. I had two workers for helping me move, and they works really fast and very friendly. And of course they couldn’t perfectly estimate your moving time in total, but I had a great experience with them. They works with you on how to access the buildings, parking, and providing the help of disassemble and reassemble some furniture as you requested. They are also very punctual. We live in a 3-bedroom townhome, so they brought 5 movers to make sure we wouldn't fall behind schedule. Everything was delivered safely and on time so I'm very much appreciative of their effort. Thiago was very transparent during our initial walkthrough and let us know about their special Winter rates. They also have a Referral Program, where you can get money back once a friend of yours move with them in the future. Highly recommend!

Office staff is very organized with excellent communication up to and including on moving day. Prices are reasonable. If you accurately complete the inventory then your estimate will indeed turn out to be close to your final price. The moving guys showed up right on time. All 3 men were hardworking, careful and very efficient with every aspect of my move. I had a great experience with SF Bay Area Moving and highly recommend this company.

Lots of plants, records, so many kids toys... We filled up the truck! It wasn't cheap, but it was quality service, and it was worth it. Thank you guys!

 Verified I enjoyed everyone I worked with at SF Bay Area Moving. I had gotten a few quotes and was feeling kind of unhappy with the lack of information retention that was happening with most moving companies. For instance, with other companies, I would get a quote and then ask a question and they would direct me to resubmit my original query. Just to ask a question. I'm a highly anxious individual. SF Bay Area Moving asked me very specific questions during the estimate conversation, ones that no other company asked, and then sent me access to an online portal where I could add items to be moved. This was SO soothing to my anxious mind. When I realized I needed a second drop off, they very thoroughly answered all of my questions. On moving day they were prompt and the movers, Jesus and Oscar, were so nice. They handled my very narrow street with humor and were very friendly and fast. Very happy with SF Bay Area Moving.  Verified my realtor recommended SF Bay area moving and I'm glad I had them move my house locally in the Bay Area. They did a fantastic job. Thiago was awesome with the estimate process and he got it pretty close. I needed full packing service for only kitchen and they accommodated it perfectly.  Verified SF Bay Area Moving did a fantastic job moving my friend from Daly City, CA to Portland, OR. My friend was recently widowed and also had a stroke so we needed a full service moving company to do everything for him. Mike and Thiago were extremely pleasant to work with and the people they sent to pack the house and move his belongings to Oregon were all very friendly and professional.
